Our client is a** family-owned production company**.

The **main accountabilities** for this job include:

- Lead the preparation of compliant CSRD reporting at group level.
- Engage effectively with stakeholders across disciplines and seniority levels.
- Support portfolio companies and contribute to Our Company's sustainability strategy.
- Collaborate with internal teams to integrate ESG reporting throughout our portfolio.
- Define, collect, and analyze data to measure performance on material ESG topics.
- Lead UNPRI yearly reporting and act as the primary point of contact for ESG reporting queries.
- Develop and maintain ESG data systems and reporting tools.
- Participate in completing ESG questionnaires and translate data into actionable insights.
- Stay updated on upcoming ESG-related regulations.
- Consolidate data and create reports on CSRD performance measurement.
- Work with the financial reporting team and external auditors in the annual report process.

The **requested qualifications** for this job include:

- Master's degree with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.
- Strong reporting and project management skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with a pragmatic and hands-on approach.
- Thorough understanding of the regulatory landscape and ESG integration.
- Enjoy engaging with stakeholders on financial and non-financial topics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Dutch, French, and English.
- Eager to learn, self-motivated, and takes ownership of responsibilities.
