**Omschrijving**:
Je taken bestaan uit:

- Implementatie en verbetering van kostenboekhouding voor productie en voorraadbeheer
- Onderhoud van KPI-rapporten, beleid en procedures
- Nauwkeurige boekhouding via cashflowbeheer en financiële planning
- Monitoring van maandelijkse kosten, inclusief materiaalverbruik en personeelskosten
- Opzetten en onderhouden van kostprijsberekening met focus op variabilisatie
- Uitvoeren van maandelijkse, kwartaal
- en jaarafsluiting volgens IAS/IFRS
- Actieve ondersteuning van Operation Manager bij verbetering van rapportage
- en besluitvormingstools
- Ondersteuning van SG&A-functies voor verbetering van rapportage
- en besluitvormingstools
- Continue verbetering van controleraamwerk voor efficiëntie, metrische gegevens en kostenbesparing
- Veel verantwoordelijkheid en autonomie.

We zoeken naar volgend profiel:

- Organisatorische vaardigheden om strakke deadlines te halen.

- Bewezen vermogen om volledig eigenaarschap te nemen van projecten met sterke opvolging.
- Hybride werkomstandigheden (2 dagen thuiswerken) zijn mogelijk
- Ervaring:
Master in Financiën.

4-5 jaar ervaring in een internationale productieomgeving.

Engels plus Frans of Nederlands.
- Technische Ervaring:
Implementatie en opvolging van KPI's.

Inkoop
- en logistieke boekhouding in SAP.

Budgettering en prognoses.

Balans en variantieanalyse.

Goede kennis van Excel.

Diepgaande kennis en begrip van internationale GAAP voor kostenboekhouding/product/inventaris.
