As a Group Leader at Tenneco Sint-Truiden, you will be at the heart of our production operations, leading a team to ensure that Monroe® OE shock absorbers are manufactured to the highest standards. You'll manage production activities, focus on safety, quality, and efficiency, and foster continuous improvement within your team. This is a hands-on leadership role, perfect for someone with a passion for optimizing processes and developing people.

  • Master degree from technical university
  • Strong knowledge of Lean Production and 5S principles, a strong continuous improvement mindset'
  • People management skills
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with quality control tools, gauges, and techniques is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to read, write, and interpret technical documents
  • Strong problem-solving abilities, capable of addressing production challenges in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience working with automotive production equipment such as metal bending, welding, forming, and assembly is beneficial
