**About The Role**:
An amazing opportunity has arisen to join our Global Talent Acquisition Team as a Talent Acquisition & Projects Specialist. Leading recruitment across the Europe and North America region, this role is responsible for identifying, attracting and hiring individuals who are aligned with our culture and values as well as driving recruitment projects and initiatives.
**Accountabilities**:
- Support full-cycle recruitment which includes: job description development, job posting, sourcing, interviewing, reference checks and offer negotiation
- Drive and participate in special projects/recruiting initiatives including assessment of best practices in interviewing techniques, leveraging of internal sources of talent and build a robust talent pipeline
- Proficiency in Competency Based Interview techniques and selection tools as part of the recruitment process.
- Working closely with People team colleagues to continuously deliver top notch recruitment service to our stakeholders.
- Flexibility to work different time zone as requested
- Any other accountabilities as required or assigned from time to time aligned to competence, development plan and/or business needs.
- Supporting the delivery of People team initiatives (broader than Talent Acquisition) within the ENA region
- Collaboratively partnering with the Regional People Business Partner - ENA to ensure people services within the ENA region are delivered to a high standard, enhancing employee and people leader experiences
**Qualifications & Experience**:
We are looking for a highly motivated recruitment professional who ideally has experience in an in-house or RPO setting. Ideally you will also have:
- Prior experience in managing full-cycle recruitment assignments
- Strong analytical skills in data reporting and ability to connect talent and data landscape/ dynamics
- Past experience using an ATS - SuccessFactors preferred.
- The ability to drive & respond to change and deal with ambiguity across geographical time zones
- An open-mind and be energetic
- Self-motivation, be proactive and result driven
- Effective communication skills in both Dutch and English
- A relevant Bachelors degree
