**De job in een notendop**
We zijn op zoek naar een Nederlandstalige trainer-consultant voor de domeinen daily banking en kredieten.
Je hoofdtaak bestaat erin om leerdoelen te vertalen naar collectieve lessen.
Daarvoor verzamel je de relevante informatie bij de experts en ontwikkel je gepaste scenario’s, testmethodes en lesmateriaal. Je geeft vervolgens de collectieve lessen, en je ondersteunt technische experts bij de voorbereiding van door hen gegeven cursussen.
Je bent ook verantwoordelijk voor het onderhoud van de verschillende cursussen en je zorgt ervoor dat de activiteiten overeenstemmen met de realiteit op het terrein.
Om bovenstaande taken uit te voeren, blijf je op de hoogte van de laatste ontwikkelingen op het gebied van Learning & Development. Doelstellingen: Voortdurend innovatieve methodes testen, een groepsdynamiek garanderen waarin iedereen zijn plaats vindt, geheugenprocessen ondersteunen, activiteiten aanpassen aan groepen met verschillende vaardigheidsniveaus.
Omdat we overtuigd zijn van het belang van de leerervaring, ben je ook verantwoordelijk voor het identificeren van organisatorische aspecten die verbeterd moeten worden, en stel je concrete acties voor om medewerkers van Belfius een leerervaring te bieden op het niveau van een Loved Brand.
