**About the role**:
As an EDC Facility Coordinator, you are responsible for the planning, execution, and follow-up of the maintenance activities on buildings and facilities of the BD European Distribution Center.
You report to the Facility & Security manager, and you supervise the outsourced and internal facility services. While being accountable for the professional facilities management of the E-DC sites in Temse and Olen.
**Main responsibilities will include**:
- Work preparation with subcontractors/suppliers.
- Registration of work orders.
- Receiving of goods & services ordered in the function of the maintenance of the facility.
- Purchasing request management and invoices control for all required goods and services related to the maintenance of the facility.
- Preparing, execution, and follow up of the Soft Facility Partner meetings.
- Following the EHS & quality procedures for a work permit, security screening, change control, risk management, validation,
- Following-up on the Soft Service Partner services and initiating a suitable investigation, containment, or corrective actions.
**About you**:
- You have a Technical and/or a Facility Bachelor with experience in a technical leadership role.
- You have strong organizational & leadership skills.
- You are able to plan, prioritize, and run (within budget and time constraints).
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English.
- You have experience in project management.
- You have experience in leading functional teams / People management.
- You have knowledge of facilities installations and their maintenance.
- You have experience with maintenance management and planning software.
