Als **Teamleader Accounting, Tax & Controllin**g ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige beheer van de boekhoudkundige en fiscale processen van Storm.

Je leidt het Accounting, Tax & Controlling team dat 3 medewerkers telt en zorgt samen voor een optimale werking van de financiële processen, de naleving van de wetgeving en het opleveren van nauwkeurige rapportages.

Quelles sont vos responsabilités ?- Je geeft leiding aan het Accounting, Tax & Controlling team met als doel een performant people beleid neer te zetten met gemotiveerde, tevreden &enthousiaste medewerkers. Het team bestaat uit professionals op vlak van accounting, tax & financial controlling;
- Je zorgt voor correcte en tijdige boekhoudkundige afsluitingen van alle Storm-vennootschappen;
- Je houdt toezicht op de dagelijkse boekhoudkundige activiteiten zoals factuurverwerking, bankverwerking en grootboekbeheer;
- Je verzorgt de coördinatie van alle fiscale verplichtingen, inclusief BTW-aangiftes, vennootschapsbelasting en andere wettelijke rapportages;
- Je blijft op de hoogte van wijzigingen in de fiscale wetgeving en vertaalt deze naar de bedrijfsvoering om fiscale risico's te beheersen;
- Je verleent intern advies over fiscale optimalisatiestrategieën & ondersteunt de business unit met hun financiële vraagstukken;
- Je draagt zorg voor het opstellen van accurate financiële rapportages voor zowel interne als externe belanghebbenden;
- Je bent eindverantwoordelijk voor het opstellen en monitoren van budgetten en cashflow forecasts in samenwerking met het business team om de financiële planning te ondersteunen.

- Je bent geboeid door hernieuwbare energie & wil hierin graag constructief je eigen steentje bijdragen;
- Je beschikt minstens overeen Bachelor of Master diploma Accounting, Financieel Management, Economie of een gerelateerd vakgebied;
- Je hebt minimum 10 jaar werkervaring binnen een gelijkaardige functie; ervaring binnen de hernieuwbare energie sector is een mooie extra troef;
- Je hebt een aantoonbare ervaring in het aansturen van een team in een snelgroeiende organisatie;
- Je hebt ervaring in budgettering, forecasting en het optimaliseren van financiële processen;
- Je bezit sterke analytische vaardigheden en bent in staat om snel complexe financiële gegevens te interpreteren en om te zetten in actiegerichte inzichten;
- Je hebt een zeer goede kennis over boekhouding en fiscaliteit;
- Je hebt een sterke IT affiniteit, waaronder een zeer sterke Excel;
- Kennis van MS Dynamics 365 Business Central, VBA, queries en scripts zijn mooi meegenomen;
- Je hebt een goede gebruikerskennis van financiële modellen;
- Je beheerst vlot de Nederlandse taal, je hebt een goede kennis van het Engels en het Frans.
