Sortlist is a global platform making the best matches with suppliers in the marketing and digital field, our mission is to create conditions for successful collaborations in the B2B industry. The company is currently present in Belgium, France, Netherlands, Germany, Spain, Romania, Madagascar & Philippines & plans to scale up its presence in the UK & in the US in the coming years. We are 120 team members in the team and we are planning to double our company size in the coming years.
Do you want to be part of one of the fastest growing Software scale-ups (winner of Deloitte's Fast 50 Award) that is changing the marketing and advertising world and help grow our brand? We are currently looking for an Account Manager who can take care of our Dutch speaking members. As AM, you'll be joining the Account Management Sales Team.
**What are you going to do?**
- Help agencies progress with Sortlist (onboarding, performance reviews, etc.).
- Support agencies with issues (technical or not) around their account.
- Coach your customers so they can improve their sales approach and perform on the platform.
- Track best/worst performers and build processes around this.
- Identify new business opportunities within your portfolio (upgrades, upsells, extensions, etc.)
- Develop your social selling skills, like a real expert and brand ambassador.
- Co-build and support the French retention and strategy.
- Give proactive feedback to improve our sales strategy and customer journey.
- Build a global profitable business by working closely with our HQ and Sortlist's other departments (product team, project team, etc.)
- Provide content to develop and strengthen our members' community.
- Get involved in the execution of the marketing members road map (Webinar, newsletter, afterworks, Sortlist Inside, social media content, etc.).
**What is your profile?**
- **+3 years** of experience in sales is required
- You have an enormous drive to be successful
- You have the flexibility and mentality to find things out for yourself within a young team and make them a success
- You come from a strong sales culture company, with a ‘work hard, play hard' mindset
- You can work independently and have excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Good knowledge of Digital Marketing or the Sector of Agencies is a plus
- Fluent in **Dutch **and **English**:
- Participating in an international scale-up is your dream
