**Jouw nieuwe functie**
Als Master data analyst ben je verantwoordelijk voor het vastleggen en documenteren van masterdata-procedures ter ondersteuning van de strategie en visie in samenwerking met de manager. Verder sta je in voor het correct werken met de gegevens door onderhoud, herziening en bewaking.
Ook zal je instaan voor de volgende taken:
- Eerstelijnsondersteuning en uniformiteit brengen in het creëren en onderhouden van de verschillende masterdata-elementen.
- Best practices implementeren en er voortdurend voor zorgen dat processen en standaarden efficiënt worden toegepast en waar nodig correcties en verbeteringen aanbrengen.
- Dagelijkse controles, waar mogelijk via geautomatiseerde taken
- Communiceren, samenwerken met en ondersteuning bieden aan alle belanghebbenden binnen het bedrijf
- Proactief werken: (complexe) problemen detecteren, identificeren en oplossen en ervoor zorgen dat potentiële toekomstige problemen kunnen worden vermeden.
- Migratie van de gegevens bij de overstap naar het wereldwijde ERP-platform
**Jouw profiel**
Must-haves:
- Min. bachelor of gelijkwaardig door ervaring
- Min 1 jaar ervaring in een gelijkaardige positie
- Grondige kennis Excel
- Kennis belangrijkste business processen binnen een internationale omgeving
- Kennis Engels
- Flexibel in uren, 10% van de tijd verplaatsen
- Analytisch, probleemoplossend & oog voor detail
Nice-to-haves:
- Andere talen (Nederlands, Spaans, Italiaans of Portugees) zijn een pluspunt
