- You thrive on diving deep into complex company processes
- Your goal is to create and maintain a roadmap for the team with clear timelines and priorities.
- You help the team prioritize tasks and ensure they are aligned with business objectives.
- A big amount of time you spend on collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of projects
- You have experience in facilitating planning sessions with teams to generate and develop plans and roadmaps that provide clarity for the team and sponsors.
- You enjoy building strong working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders at all levels of the organization, as well as external vendors.
- You will conduct meetings and workshops that encourage participation and collaboration.
- Previous experience in data/AI or retail is a bonus
