En tant que l'un de nos Counter Managers dynamiques et inspirants pour la marque de luxe Tom Ford Beauty, vous serez chargé de diriger, d'encadrer et de développer notre équipe performante de spécialistes de la beauté. Grâce à vos compétences en matière de leadership, de coaching et de gestion d'entreprise, vous motiverez et encadrerez en permanence votre équipe afin de dépasser toutes les attentes des clients et d'atteindre tous les objectifs de vente.
Il s'agit d'une occasion exceptionnelle pour vous d'être le chef de la direction de votre propre comptoir. Vous serez totalement responsable de la création et de l'exécution d'un plan d'affaires agile visant à recruter et à fidéliser les clients grâce à un ciblage stratégique, à des événements percutants en magasin, à une gestion exceptionnelle de la relation client et à la direction d'une équipe très performante.

**Qualifications**
- Compétences avérées en matière de leadership, de coaching et de gestion d'entreprise, acquises dans un environnement en évolution rapide, de préférence dans le secteur de la beauté ou du luxe.
- Une expérience dans le domaine du maquillage est un atout.
- Vous devez avoir : Passionné(e) par les parfums et au fait des dernières tendances en matière de beauté.
- Capacité à fournir un leadership inspirant à une équipe de vente créative très performante.
- Une expérience préalable de la planification des activités, y compris la fixation d'objectifs de vente et de service à la clientèle, l'analyse des ventes et la planification du personnel.
- Excellentes aptitudes à la communication et aux relations interpersonnelles
- Expérience de la création et de l'exécution d'événements en magasin
- Prêt à travailler de manière flexible pendant les heures d'ouverture du magasin, y compris les soirs, les week-ends et lors d'événements spéciaux.
- Langues : français et anglais
- Expérience préalable avec les logiciels de point de vente au détail et Microsoft Office
