Via het Broker Channel binnen AG bieden we een ruime waaier van hoogkwalitatieve verzekeringen aan, zowel voor particulieren als voor ondernemingen, die je kan onderschrijven bij een verzekeringsmakelaar. Om ons team van Underwriting Non-Life te versterken, zoeken we nu een **Process analyst**.
- Waar en hoe kunnen we onze onderschrijvings
- en beheersprocessen verbeteren? Dat is voor jou dé vraag. Je wandelt door onze operationele processen, bepaalt waar het beter kan en stelt kwalitatieve en innovatieve oplossingen voor operationele risico’s voor.
- Uiteraard doe je dat niet vanuit je hoekje. Je werkt nauw samen met de operationele diensten en ontdekt en exploreert hun verwachtingen en behoeften.
- De oplossingen die je voorstelt, zet je zelf mee om in de praktijk. Je werkt mee aan of leidt projecten. Je doet de dingen bewegen. Je stelt een planning op en bent verantwoordelijk voor de organisatie en de opvolging van de projecten die je beheert.
- Je rapporteert over de vooruitgang van die projecten aan je manager en aan alle betrokkenen;
- Je deelt je kennis met de teams die verantwoordelijk zijn voor de uitwerking van de gedetailleerde gebruikersvereisten.
- Procesverbeteringen brengen verandering met zich mee. Je zorgt ervoor dat de vooropgestelde veranderingen begrepen, aangenomen en effectief ingezet worden. Werken met mensen hoort dus ook bij je takenpakket is cruciaal. Je ziet de kracht verpakt in elke weerstand. Zo werk je mee aan heldere communicatie(plannen), en je modereert de nodige opleidingen menselijke ontwikkeling en procesbijsturingen.

- Je bent ondernemend, planmatig, dynamisch en creatief.
- Je ziet geen problemen, maar oplossingen. Je slaagt er conceptueel in om de impact van toekomstige verbeteringen conceptueel duidelijk te maken en daaromtrent overeenstemming te krijgen.
- Verandering en verbetering zijn jouw drijfveren. Je evalueert informatie constructief en kritisch. Je hebt oog voor de details, maar verliest het grotere plaatje nooit uit het oog.
- Communicatief ben je sterk, in beide landstalen. Je kunt luisteren, maar anderen ook overtuigen en enthousiast maken om mee te werken aan procesverbeteringen en menselijke ontwikkeling.
- Heb je kennis van de onderschrijvings
- en beheersprocessen en ervaring met projectmatig werken? Dan heb je een duidelijke troef
- Je hebt een masterdiploma (of gelijkwaardig door ervaring) en minimum 4 jaar relevante werkervaring.
