- Hays is looking for an IT Process Analyst for one of our clients in Brussels._
**The company**:
This company is an insurance company that offers both life and non-life insurance products. It offers life insurance and savings products such as individual life insurance, group life insurance, health and personal protection products, and individual and group savings retirement products.
**The role you will take**:
- To meet the expectations of our internal and external customers, our brokers and/or financial and regulatory authorities:
- You take the initiative in implementing, changing and improving our processes and ensure that they are standardized, made more efficient and/or adapted to meet legal requirements. You have a central role in communication and collaboration with stakeholders, IT, legal, Project Management,...
- In your role as Process Analyst, you also delve into the details of challenging topics in order to address the various objectives through a critical process analysis, developing solution-oriented proposals, drawing up business requirements and conducting tests.
- You ensure that communication regarding the various initiatives runs smoothly and that information is passed on to the teams involved. You coordinate the preparation, updating and distribution of documentation (instruction notes, internal communications, etc.)
- You support management in making decisions with a view to achieving the predetermined quality level.
- You develop areas of expertise for which you provide support to the various internal teams so that they can carry out their daily activities.
- You ensure the operationalization (determining scope and objectives, drawing up a roadmap, coordination and organization) of your projects to realize implementation in the operational and support teams.
- To ensure optimal and correct control of the activities of the Life Business Unit:
- Participate in the coordination and/or implementation of the established control plans. If necessary, you propose changes and/or revisions to the control plans and ensure their implementation.
- You ensure the execution and coordination of the implementation of the proposed compliance and audit action plans.

**Your profile**:
- With a master\'s degree and/or equivalent experience;
- Strong oral and written skills in French and Dutch.
- With experience in the implementation of projects;
- With expertise around the products and business of Life Customer Servicing;
- Who can manage both relationships and communications with the different teams within the Life Business Unit and with the different stakeholders: Transformation Office, IT, Compliance, etc.;
- With an eye for detail who quickly notices problems with existing and new processes and who is eager to contribute to improving these processes;
