Process Tester Analyst

**Function**:
We're currently looking for a consultant to join our client's team as a Business/Process Tester-Analyst within the Claims Transversal and Digital division. This position plays a crucial role in supporting the business delivery of a strategic claims transformation program.
**Here's a breakdown of the role**:
- Conceptualization and mastery of solutions to support various business entities.
- Project management within business solutions and/or across the organization.
- Driving delivery of solutions implemented in the IT department.
- Testing, delivery, and support of solutions.
- Relationship management within or external to the organization.
- Analyze requirements & solutions based on inception input.
- Collaborate with Architects & developers to write features and user stories.
- Describe to-be processes in BPMN & CMMN.
- Support Delivery team during implementation.
- Test implemented requirements and provide feedback.
- Ensure timely delivery and quality as per quality assurance KPIs.
- Be adaptable to a fast-paced environment and willing to go the extra mile when needed.

- Quick learner with excellent interviewing and collaboration skills.
- Effective communication and driving style.
- Well-organized with priority management skills.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities with a client-oriented approach.

**Technical Experience Required**:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Tools.
- Mastery of Visio or other BPM tools.
- Ability to understand and integrate Business Architecture and IT Concepts in analysis.
- Familiarity with Case Management Tools.
**Functional Experience Required**:
- Testing expertise.
- Strong Business Analysis skills.
- Proficiency in BPMN & CMMN.
- Experience with Agile & PMI methodologies.
- Previous experience in a Business Analyst role in large transformation projects.
- Good knowledge in Insurance Non-Life, Claims Management, and Digital.
- Master's degree in Sciences, Economy, IT, Management, or equivalent by experience.
