Sibelga is de netbeheerder voor gas en elektriciteit in Brussel. Op de werven of vanuit onze hoofdzetel in het hart van de hoofdstad, verbeteren onze teams de levenskwaliteit van de Brusselaars en zijn ze de drijvende kracht van de energietransitie.

Het departement Client en alle departementen van Sibelga dragen ten volle bij tot de opdracht van Sibelga - 'kwaliteitsvolle toegang tot energie verzekeren voor alle Brusselse klanten' - en tot haar visie: 'een sleutelpartner zijn in een duurzame en betaalbare energietransitie in Brussel'. Dat vertaalt zich in de volgende krachtlijnen:
- De belangrijkste klantenprocessen en -trajecten digitaliseren en vereenvoudigen
- Met de hele onderneming streven naar een uitmuntende klantenervaring
- De klantgerichte cultuur verspreiden en de klantdimensie integreren in onze projecten.
Het departement Client voert projecten uit rond energietransitie, voortdurende verbetering, operationele uitmuntendheid..., projecten met een rechtstreekse en betekenisvolle impact op bepaalde vakprocessen. Elk departement of dienst van Sibelga kan een project starten met een transversale impact op de onderneming.
De Business Process Analyst maakt deel uit van het businessteam van het departement Client. Hij of zij heeft een goede vakkennis van het beheer van klanteninteracties (CRM) en van de werken (works).
De Business Process Analysts staan in voor het implementeren van transformatieprojecten om de strategische doelstellingen van de onderneming te behalen.
Ze ondersteunen ook de operationele teams bij de ontwikkeling van hun vakprocessen.
Ze fungeren onder meer als brug tussen bepaalde operationele teams van de verschillende businessdepartementen en het departement IT.
**JOUW JOB**:
Als Business Process Analyst in het domein Client heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden voor de transformatieprojecten:
- Opstellen en valideren van transversale functionele en niet-functionele vereisten
- Definiëren, modelleren en valideren van transversale processen met behulp van BPMN-weergave
- Garanderen dat het functionele ontwerp de geïdentificeerde transversale operationele behoeften (business requirements) dekt en bijdragen aan de architecturale en technische analyses, door operationele informatie (business requirements) aan te leveren.
- Business Acceptance Tests voor de toekomstige oplossing uitwerken, coördineren en (in sommige gevallen) uitvoeren.
- Opstellen, coördineren en implementeren van het plan voor change management (opmaken van het opleidingsplan, opleiding, communicatie...)
- Je bent nauw betrokken bij het project in de fase van de lancering en ook na de go live.
- Je fungeert als interface tussen de verschillende business
- en IT-departementen en -diensten.
Bij wijzigingen in de operationele processen met een grote impact op verschillende departementen, heeft de Business Process Analyst ook de volgende taken:
- Identificeren, formaliseren, analyseren en valideren van
- aanvragen tot verbetering van operationele teams/businessgebruikers
- mogelijke procesverbeteringen of -vereenvoudigingen en een inschatting van de operationele werklast
- Ervoor zorgen dat het functionele ontwerp de vastgestelde operationele behoeften (business requirements) dekt.
- De betrokken processen en informatiemodellen bijwerken.
- Definiëren, plannen en coördineren van de uitvoering van businessacceptatietests en de Business Change Management-aanpak.
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt een universitair diploma of een gelijkwaardig diploma hoger onderwijs van het lange type.
- Je hebt ten minste 3 jaar ervaring in de functie van Business Process Analyst (BPA).
- BPA-ervaring in het domein Client (Customer Relation Management), Salesforce en/of beheer van technici is een pluspunt.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de 'Lean & Six Sigma'-methodieken, Agile
- en Waterfall-projectbeheer, Operational Excellence, Change Management en procesmodellering met BPMN, UML, of gelijkwaardige systemen.
- Je beheerst perfect het Nederlands of het Frans en je hebt een goede basiskennis van de andere taal. Je hebt ook de Engelse vaktaal onder de knie.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in de uitdagingen van de energietransitie en de evolutie van het energiemodel en durft disruptief (buiten de geëffende paden) te denken.
- Je stemt je aanpak en communicatie efficiënt af op je gesprekspartners, of dat nu businessexperts of technische IT-experts zijn.
