Sibelga is de netbeheerder voor gas en elektriciteit in Brussel. Onze 1000 medewerkers zetten zich elke dag in om de energiebevoorrading te garanderen van de 500.000 Brusselse huishoudens en bedrijven. Op de werven of vanuit onze hoofdzetel in het hart van de hoofdstad, verbeteren onze teams de levenskwaliteit van de Brusselaars en zijn ze de drijvende kracht van de energietransitie.
**BIJ WELKE DIENST KOM JE TERECHT?**:
Het departement Grid Operations van Sibelga omvat de diensten Exploitatie elektriciteit, Exploitatie gas, Studies en Constructie, Openbare verlichting, Netbeheer en Grid BIM (Business Information Management). Het staat in voor de constructie, vernieuwing en exploitatie van de gas-, elektriciteits
- en openbareverlichtingsnetten. Dit om de continuïteit en de kwaliteit van de elektriciteits
- en gasbevoorrading in Brussel te waarborgen en tegelijk de veiligheid te garanderen.
Samen met alle departementen van Sibelga draagt de dienst ten volle bij tot de opdracht van Sibelga - 'kwaliteitsvolle toegang tot energie verzekeren voor alle Brusselse klanten' - en tot haar visie: 'een sleutelpartner zijn in een duurzame en betaalbare energietransitie in Brussel'. Dat vertaalt zich in de volgende krachtlijnen:
- Verbetering van het beheer en onderhoud van elektriciteits-, gas
- en openbareverlichtingsnetten, door digitalisering, standaardisering en vereenvoudiging van de activiteiten
- Zorgen voor een robuust en veerkrachtig 'slim net' (smart grid)
- Verhogen van de efficiëntie van operationele processen, door een cultuur van continue verbetering.
Binnen het departement staan de Business Process Analysts (dienst Grid Operations) in voor het begeleiden van de operationele teams bij de ontwikkeling van hun vakprocessen in het kader van optimalisatiestrategieën of technologische veranderingen. Ze fungeren onder meer als brug tussen bepaalde operationele teams en het IT-departement.
**JOUW JOB**:
Als Business Process Analyst (BPA) met verantwoordelijkheid voor een van de 3 functionele domeinen van het departement Grid Operations ('Beheer kortdurende werken' / 'Beheer langdurende werken' / 'Smart Grid & Real Time') heb je de volgende verantwoordelijkheden voor transformatieprojecten:
- Opstellen en valideren van transversale functionele en niet-functionele vereisten
- Definiëren, modelleren en valideren van transversale processen met behulp van BPMN-weergave
- Garanderen dat het functionele ontwerp de geïdentificeerde transversale operationele behoeften (business requirements) dekt en bijdragen aan de architecturale en technische analyses door bedrijfsinformatie aan te leveren.
- Definitie en coördinatie (en in sommige gevallen uitvoering) van de Business Acceptance Tests voor de toekomstige oplossing
- Opstellen, coördineren en implementeren van het plan voor change management (opmaken van het opleidingsplan, opleiding, communicatie...)
- Je bent nauw betrokken bij het project in de fase van de lancering en ook na de go live.
- Je fungeert als interface tussen de verschillende Business
- en IT-departementen en -diensten.
Bij wijzigingen in operationele processen met een grote impact op verschillende departementen, heeft de Business Process Analyst ook de volgende taken:
- Identificeren, formaliseren, analyseren en valideren van
- aanvragen tot verbetering van operationele teams/businessgebruikers,
- mogelijke procesverbeteringen of -vereenvoudigingen en een inschatting van de bedrijfswerklast.
- Ervoor zorgen dat het functionele ontwerp de vastgestelde operationele behoeften (business requirements) dekt.
- De betrokken processen en informatiemodellen bijwerken.
- Definiëren, plannen en coördineren van de uitvoering van businessacceptatietests en de Business Change Management-aanpak).
**JOUW PROFIEL**:
- Je hebt een universitair diploma of een gelijkwaardig diploma hoger onderwijs van het lange type.
- Je hebt ten minste 3 jaar ervaring in de functie Business Process Analyst (BPA).
- en de uitdagingen van de energietransitie.
- Ervaring bij een Belgische distributienetbeheerder (DNB) is een pluspunt.
- Ook ervaring met netbeheer en personeelsbeheer (workforce management) is een troef.
- Je bent vertrouwd met de 'Lean & Six Sigma'-methodieken, Agile
- en Waterfall
- projectbeheer, Operational Excellence, Change Management en procesmodellering met BPMN-, UML- of gelijkwaardige systemen.
- Je beheerst perfect het Nederlands of het Frans en hebt een goede basiskennis van de andere taal. Je hebt ook de Engelse vaktaal onder de knie.
- Je hebt een sterke interesse in de uitdagingen van de energietransitie en de evolutie van het energiemodel en durft disruptief (buiten de geëffende paden) te denken.
