Innova - IT Business Analyst

Our client, a European energy transmission company focused on sustainability and innovation, is looking for an IT Business Analyst to join their "Scope 3 Product team".
This role involves working with a multidisciplinary team to support decarbonization efforts by collecting, analysing, and reporting supplier data related to Scope 3 emissions.
Key Responsibilities
**Process Optimization**: Collaborate with other product teams to understand their processes related to Scope 3 and optimize business workflows by analysing, modelling, and validating requirements.
**Cross-functional Coordination**: Identify needs for process adaptations between Scope 3 and other business areas and manage cross-product dependencies.
**Planning and Prioritization**: Work closely with the product owner to schedule, prioritize, and plan tasks effectively.
**Technical Validation**: Review and validate technical specifications to ensure optimal IT solutions and support testing and acceptance processes.
**Stakeholder Engagement**: Gather feedback from business users, particularly on Csr topics, and represent Scope 3 needs in alignment meetings.
**Training and Support**: Prepare and conduct workshops and training sessions for internal users, and provide ongoing support.
**Methodology Improvement**: Participate in the Corporate Business Analyst chapter to enhance and harmonize analysis methodologies.
**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst.
Strong experience in process analysis and cross-business activities.
Excellent analytical and communication skills.
Proficient in BPMN and UML.
Ability to work in an agile environment independently and as part of a team.
**Language proficiency**: French or Dutch, or German (C1) + English (C1).
This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, collaborative professional with a strong background in business analysis and sustainability.
