INNOVA is currently hiring a SAP HCM Technical Analyst/Developer for a client active in Telecom

**Roles**: SAP HCM Technical Analyst/Developer

**Type of contract**: external contractors - applicats can either be freelanceers or furutre employees on INNOVA with open-ended contract (CDI)

**Location**: Brussels

**Work regime**: hybrid
- 2 days on-site, 3 days work from home

**Job Description**:
As HCM Technical Analyst/Developer you will join the Corporate Solutions department within Corporate Tribe & Chapter Area and more specifically in the HR & Corporate Solutions (HRCOR) team, responsible for the Human Capital Management capabilities within a big Telecommunication Company in Belgium.

As technical analyst/developer you are responsible for translating the functional analyses into technical analyses, always with an eye on a robust, cost effective and efficient solution.

Workload is high and will be much higher with the HR transformation program of 2-3 years. We therefore need a person that is playing a key role in the HR transformation program and interacts with analysts in the SAP HR environment, Business Owners and vendor of the SaaS/PaaS.

On a project basis you also look for creative solutions. You provide clear and structured documentation to the users, developers, and testers. You give the necessary technical support to colleagues and users, deep dive in bug fixing technical issues and supporting operations.

**Responsibilities**:

- You are able to follow up on an agile development process and adjust where needed.
- You provide clear and structured documentation to the users, developers, testers and the operational team.
- You are able to actively participate in the validation of the delivered solution and you are able to describe, report and monitor the solution of problems efficiently.
- You are the first point of contact for users and are able to understand, analyse and resolve complaints independently.
- You have a good understanding of the SAP HR data model, able using it in the technical analyses.
- You are able to take ownership on enhancement or project on a technical level
- Creation of technical analyse for front & backend functionalities and follow-up on the technical implementation.
- Creation of test scripts for developers and ensure correct/tested delivery before handover to functional analyst

**Must have**:

- You have extensive technical knowledge in the HRM domains.
- You have 3 to 5 years of experience in technical analysis within a complex IT environment.
- You have experience in automated testing & build (unit testing, regression testing)
- You have experience in building E2E solutions using SAP Workzone, UI Cards, BTP & SAP ECC backend (ABAP)
- You have basic knowledge of the technology stacks like network, security, OS, SaaS, PaaS, integrations, interfacing, middleware.

**Nice to have**:

- You have experience/knowledge of Agile (Scrum) Development principles is a plus as we are using Agile principles in the team.
- Knowledge in S4Hana HCM will be considered as an advantage:

- Knowledge in one or several of these following domains will be considered as an advantage: continuous integration and automated test & build, Microservices, SOA, REST SOAP.
