**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Implementation and Configuration**:

- Lead the implementation and configuration of the SAP HCM Payroll module tailored to Belgian payroll requirements.
- Customize SAP HCM Payroll functionalities to align with the company's payroll processes and policies in Belgium.
- **Process Optimization**:

- Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation within the payroll function.
- Optimize existing payroll processes to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- **Compliance and Regulatory Adherence**:

- Ensure compliance with Belgian payroll regulations, tax laws, and statutory requirements.
- Keep abreast of changes in Belgian payroll legislation and ensure the system is updated accordingly.
- **Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Provide expert-level support for payroll-related issues and troubleshooting.
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide solutions to complex payroll queries.
- **Documentation and Training**:

- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation of payroll processes and configurations.
- Conduct training sessions for HR and payroll staff on SAP HCM Payroll functionalities and best practices.
- **Collaboration**:

- Work closely with HR, Finance, and IT departments to ensure seamless integration of payroll processes.
- Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as needed.
