SuccessFactors & SAP HCM Project Manager - Contrat de 12 mois - Bruxelles

L'un de nos clients importants recherche actuellement un Chef de Projet SuccessFactors & SAP HCM basé à Bruxelles pour un contrat de 12 mois.

Vous trouverez ci-dessous les détails de ce poste:
En tant que Project Manager, vous faites partie de l'équipe SAP HR.
- Vous veillez à la bonne organisation du projet et participez aux tâches administratives:

- Gérer la planification des ressources
- Contrôler la performance et l'avancement du projet
- Gérer le budget et la planification
- Gérer les risques et les problèmes
- Utiliser des modèles et des normes de projet
- Créer des présentations, des rapports et des tableaux de bord
- Communiquer avec les parties prenantes du projet pour gérer les attentes concernant les produits livrables.

Nous recherchons un chef de projet ayant l'expérience et/ou les compétences suivantes:

- Vous avez une approche positive et constructive, à la fois en tant que membre de l'équipe et en soutenant l'image positive.
- Vous communiquez clairement en amont et en aval, séparez les informations essentielles des détails et définissez des messages concis.
- Vous êtes capable de négocier avec différents niveaux de l'entreprise, de clore des discussions pour en tirer des conclusions et de gérer des conflits.
- Vous êtes capable d'établir des relations, de comprendre et d'influencer les parties prenantes et les perspectives de l'entreprise.
- Expérience avérée dans un ou plusieurs des domaines fonctionnels suivants:

- Gestion des ressources humaines
- SAP HCM et SAP Time
- SuccessFactors Employee Central et tous les modules SuccessFactors o S4HANA
- Expérience avérée dans la migration de SAP HCM (PA/OM/TM/PY) vers SuccessFactors Employee Central et S4HANA Time.
- Une large connaissance fonctionnelle des différents modules et domaines SAP sera considérée comme un atout.
- Vous avez de préférence entre 5 et 10 ans d'expérience pertinente en tant que chef de projet dans des environnements informatiques avec la réalisation de projets de moyenne ou grande envergure en termes de portée, de temps, de budget et de qualité.
- Vous avez une connaissance des méthodologies de gestion de projet, telles que PM2, PMBOK, PRINCE2 ou les approches AGILE.
- Vous avez de grandes capacités d'analyse et un sens du détail qui vous permet de ne pas perdre de vue l'ensemble du projet.
- Vous êtes un joueur d'équipe enthousiaste avec des compétences en gestion des personnes.
- Vous avez un esprit d'entreprise proactif, vous injectez de nouvelles idées et vous apportez de la valeur ajoutée à votre travail.
