**YOUR MISSIONS**:
**As a Business Analyst, you will have a range of responsibilities, including**:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs, challenges, and objectives
- Elicit, document, and analyse business requirements for IT projects
- Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications for development teams
- Participate in solution design workshops and identify opportunities for process improvement
- Develop and maintain business process models, use cases and user stories
- Conduct gap analysis to assess the feasibility of proposed solutions
- Work closely with decision makers to ensure projects are delivered on time
- Perform quality assurance testing and identify potential issues with existing and newly developed solutions
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Stay up-to-date on emerging technologies and industry trends
**YOUR PROFILE**:
- **Bachelor's degree** in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field and a minimum of 3 years of relevant professional experience
- Fluency in **English and French**:
- **Proven experience in eliciting, documenting, and analysing business requirements**:
- Excellent understanding of system development methodologies **(e.g., Agile, Waterfall)**:
- **Strong analytical and problem-solving skills**:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to effectively bridge the gap between technical and non-technical audiences
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience with business process modeling tools **(e.g., Visio)**:
- Experience with user experience (UX) design principles
