**The function**:
We are looking for motivated Business Analysts to join our team of talented consultants working on challenging projects. As an ALTEN consultant, you will have the opportunity to be part of the following activities:
- Focusing on internal users' and clients' satisfaction by making sure their needs are well understood and the developed solution is in line with the project's objectives and the overall infrastructure
- Playing the role of interface between the business parties and the technical team so to translate business requirements into detailed business specifications for IT or vice versa
- Analyzing needs
- Writing of the functional specifications and business requirements
- Helping company to support their business strategy
- Defining and re-engineering of business processes
- Modeling Workflows
**Your profile**:
- You have a Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering or IT
- You are fluent in English and French or Dutch
- You have good knowledge of Ms Office, BPMN, UML and SQL
- You have good knowledge of project methodologies such as Prince2
- Experience or knowledge in Business Analysis in IT projects is a strong asset
- You have a good analytical skill, eye for detail and communication skills (oral and written)
- You are service oriented and customer focused
- You are an excellent problem-solving skill
