Join us as a Digital Business Analyst Expert
Are you passionate about digital transformation and solving complex challenges? As a Digital Business Analyst Expert, you will play a key role in bridging the gap between IT and business teams. You will ensure that business needs are well-understood, refined, and ready for implementation, while actively managing project roadmaps, risks, quality, and issues.
**Your Responsibilities**:
- Requirements Management: Collect and analyze business needs, ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Liaison Between Teams: Serve as the main point of contact between business and IT, ensuring alignment and customer satisfaction.
- Proactive Refinement: Lead and facilitate meetings, follow up on action items, and manage all aspects of refinement to deliver effective solutions.
- Impact Assessment: Identify the impact of business specifications on existing processes and collaborate with Process/Change Managers for successful transitions.
- Project Participation: Collect and translate business requirements into detailed IT specifications, using an agile, user-centric approach.
- Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with Engineering, Business Partners, Operations, and IT departments.
What We Are Looking For:
- Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
- At least 5 years of experience in business or IT analysis, with a focus on digital transformation projects in a client-facing environment.
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of IT, Agile-Scrum frameworks, and the ability to conduct cost/benefit analysis.
- Project Management Skills: Ability to structure and manage complex projects with a focus on delivering concrete results.
- Business Experience: Proven experience in planning and facilitating meetings, and working closely with stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Analytical and conceptual thinking
- Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
- Problem-solving and results-oriented mindset
- Negotiation and persuasion skills
- Self-starter with a willingness to learn and understand strategic needs
**Technical Skills (preferred)**:
- Experience within a financial institution
- Knowledge of BPMN (Business Process Model and Notation)
- Strong affinity with IT and digital transformation
