Digital Business Analyst

We're seeking **a Junior Digital Business Analyst** to join our forward-thinking team. In this role, you'll be at the intersection of sales and technology, facilitating the digital transformation of our services and enhancing customer engagement through our digital channels.
**Responsibilities**:
- Propel the digitization of banking services within your region as a pivotal advisor and implementer.
- Engage closely with our sales teams, bolstering their digital prowess and fostering client adoption of digital platforms.
- Undertake the pivotal reporting of digitization progress to both local and central management, shaping the future of digital banking.
- Advocate and enhance our suite of digital products, from Easy Banking to EBW, in tandem with cross-functional teams.
- Spearhead customer feedback integration, providing technical guidance for complex digital service activations.
**Requirements**:
- Educational Background: Master’s or Bachelor's degree in a related field, preferably with banking sector experience.
- Linguistic Proficiency: Native-level Dutch, fluent French, and English are prerequisites for effective communication in our diverse work environment.
- Technical Savvy: A robust understanding of digital banking channels and the technical nuances of e-channel client onboarding.
- Professional Expertise: A minimum of 6 years in a role that demonstrates strong business acumen, ideally in digital banking or related financial services.
- Travel: Willingness to travel within the Brussels and Vlaams-Brabant regions to stay connected with local business zones.
