Van Cronenburg, met HQ in Gent, maakt design Bouwbeslag (deurbeslag, kastbeslag,..) en Kraanwerk op maat voor een internationaal high end cliënteel.

Opgericht in 2009, profileerde van Cronenburg zich heel snel tot spilfiguur in de designwereld dankzij een unieke, herkenbare stijl en klantgerichte service, waar oplossingen op maat centraal staan. Met een dertigtal medewerkers, verspreid over de headquarters met productiefaciliteit in Gent, en de showrooms in New York en in San Francisco, worden de high-end klanten bediend voor inspirerende projecten over de hele wereld.

Op gebied van de productgroep Sanitair wil men het aanbod uitbreiden, stroomlijnen en professionaliseren - rekening houdend met het internationale karakter van het cliënteel (en dito normen) en met het oog op duurzaamheid. We zoeken daarom naar een ondernemende Product Manager Sanitair mét commerciële slagkracht. Een droomjob voor iemand met een voorliefde voor esthetiek, sanitair en internationale uitdaging, en die kickt op de samenwerking met een jong, innovatief en dynamisch team.

**Functie**

Als Product Manager Sanitair zal je als expert de productgroep Sanitair beheren en verder op de kaart zetten. Je ontwikkelt het productportfolio met oog op klantenbehoeftes en strategische groei.

Je doet voorstellen ten behoeve van de positionering ten opzichte van concurrerende merken en producten in de markt en dit in functie van de verwachtingen en behoeften van een high end cliënteel.

Je bouwt een interessant netwerk uit met toeleveranciers zodat je op de hoogte blijft van trends en evoluties in de markt.

Je speelt een cruciale rol in zowel het ontwikkelen en introduceren van nieuwe producten, als in de verdere optimalisatie van bestaande producten.Je neemt de leiding in het aanvragen van certificeringen en hebt aandacht voor de laatste regelgevingen hieromtrent.

Je werkt samen met de R&D afdeling om technische specificaties te bepalen.

Je bent in staat om je productlijn commercieel uit te bouwen en kan offertes opstellen indien gewenst.

Je krijgt hierbij ondersteuning en werkt samen met een gemotiveerd team van intelligente professionals.

**Profiel**

Je bent thuis in de wereld van sanitair en weet wat er leeft in de branche. Marktkennis is met andere woorden cruciaal.

Je hebt een passie voor wat mooi is en interesse in technische details. Je ziet ook in wat het verschil is in klantenbehoeften tussen diverse landen

Je bent vertrouwd met tekenprogramma's en kan (technische) tekeningen lezen, maar hoeft deze zelf niet uit te tekenen.

Je hebt uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden en omschrijft jezelf als ondernemend. Je hebt de commerciële flair om je klantenbehoeften te capteren en te begrijpen.

Met je inzicht in de markt en in de concurrentie weet je een productlijn uit te bouwen die voldoet aan de vereisten.

Je neemt een trekkersrol op en zet graag je schouders mee onder een groeiverhaal.
