About the Role
Treasury Operations is responsible for Swift’s global banking relations, cash management, FX exposure management, payment/collection factory, bank statement accounting and related compliance. We are looking for a Treasury Reporting Analyst to reinforce our team in HQ.
Education
Master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, business engineering or similar. Additional certifications in the finance domain are a plus.
Experience
Preferably 5-7 years’ experience in a financial position (FP&A, accounting, controlling, treasury) in a multinational company, with exposure to reporting and FX risk management. Experience in a Big-4 is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
The main activities of the Senior Treasury Reporting Analyst will be:
FX reporting- Monthly monitoring and reporting of the FX results of the group.- Benchmark and assess the FX risk management strategy.- Identify new risks and propose suitable hedging activities.
Cash reporting- Monthly monitoring and reporting of the group’s total cash position versus budget.- Obtain input from various stakeholders to identify and understand the variances.
Budget activities- Consolidate input from various stakeholders (FP&A, tax ) to build a cash budget for the following year.- Contribute to Swift’s annual budget report.- Derive FX risk exposures from budgeted cash flows.
Other reporting & ad hoc activities- Contribute to the notes of the statutory annual report of the group.- Prepare ad hoc presentations to facilitate CFO, Exco, Board discussions in your areas.- Build and maintain metrics to assess the team’s operational excellence.- Provide input for the quarterly CFO report.- Support the team in building reporting models in various treasury domains.-
Knowledge & skills- Very strong analytical skills- Affinity with financial modelling & reporting- Able to run detailed analyses while still understanding the bigger picture- Accurate and quality oriented, critical mindset- Experience with ERP systems (SAP), advanced Excel skills, preferably experience with reporting tools (Power BI)- Fluent in English, both spoken and written - good communicator- Problem-solving attitude- Willing to take treasury certifications
