En tant qu’analyste de la trésorerie, vous êtes co-responsable de la gestion de nos risques financiers et de nos flux de trésorerie. Vous serez engagé en tant qu’analyste de trésorerie aux niveaux stratégique et opérationnel.
Vous participez aux activités de la Cellule Financière (trésorerie) qui fait partie du Service Reporting et Cellule financière (Direction Finance). Les activités principales de ce Service comprennent la réalisation du reporting réglementaire, les activités de reporting vers la maison mère (Crédit Mutuel), ainsi que la gestion de la Trésorerie et le suivi des activités financières.
**Vos tâches principales et responsabilités**
Le suivi quotidien de la liquidité (solde des comptes, réserves monétaires, tiering, refinancement, placement & collateral) y inclus la préparation des instructions de paiements (à exécuter au niveau du département opérations) ;
La préparation du prévisionnel de trésorerie (à court, moyen & long terme) : prévision LCR, NSFR, horizon de survie et autres indicateurs de liquidité ;
La validation des ratios réglementaires à destination de la BNB (risque de liquidité et risque de taux)
La préparation des rapports internes (reporting hebdomadaire à la direction, présentations mensuelles pour le comité financier, dashboard trimestriel indicateurs de trésorerie pour la maison mère) ;
Le suivi des activités sous-traités au Groupe: activités front office & back office titres et dérivés, collateral management (cash collateral dérivés), EMIR, MIFID, calcul risque de taux, ALM ;
La gestion de la documentation (dérivés & hedge accounting, contrats financiers)
Le suivi des questions de la BNB, du contrôle permanent ou de l’audit;
La participation aux projets et échanges d’information avec les autres départements (opérations, comptabilité, contrôle de gestion, business, produits, legal)
La participation à différentes études financières (dont le suivi des évolutions réglementaires).
**Votre profil**
Vous avez un diplôme universitaire/master en finances.
Une première expérience dans les domaines de trésorerie/ALM, suivi ou reporting des risques; d’intérêt et/ou liquidité dans le secteur financier est un atout.
Vous êtes motivé(e) et aimez travailler de manière indépendante et en équipe.
Vous êtes analytique, précis et avez le sens du détail.
Vous avez le sens de l'organisation, vous êtes flexible et vous savez vous adapter.
Vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Vous êtes de préférence bilingue français/néerlandais. L'anglais est un atout.
