Then you might be the Compensation and Benefits Officer our client is looking for
As Compensation & Benefits Officer, you will strengthen the Human Resources team of the bank, a nice mix of experienced and young employees, a motivated and enthusiastic team that ensures every day an excellent service to our employees and managers.
**Description**
- In this position, you will develop competencies and prepare to take on other responsibilities within the bank.
- You will work closely with the Compensation & Benefits Manager but you will also be in direct contact with the other members of the Human Resources team
- You are responsible for the day-to-day follow-up of the Flex Income Plan (cafeteria plan) and the Mobility Budget.
- You are the first point of contact for employees and external partners and you take care of the information and communication in this respect.
- You prepare the annual Total Reward Statements which inform employees about their total remuneration package.
- You participate in the supply of statistics and HR key figures.
- You participate in various benchmark studies
- Together with the Compensation & Benefits Manager, you work on the clarification and improvement of the remuneration policy (job grading, promotion policy, variable pay).
- You will also be open to working on new projects in which the HR team is involved.
**Profile**
- You have a Master degree
- You have a very good level of French/Dutch
- You have a good knowledge of Excel and Powerpoint
- You are motivated, curious and enjoy taking on new challenges.
- You also enjoy following up what is under your responsibility
- You enjoy working with others and getting energy from the team
- You are service minded and pay attention to our (internal) customers
- You are analytical and like working with numbers
