**Description de l'emploi**
Report to the Head of Financial Planning & Controlling on the following tasks:

- Orchestrate the Solvency II and IFRS streams of the business plan process, from the implementation of the projection tools to the global control plans and reportings ;
- Coordinate the overall continuous improvement of the SII and IFRS planning processes; in particular, implement a roadmap for the automation of projections in the Integrated Performance Management tool (with the support of the Project Office CFO and the IPM Program Manager);
- Develop, on the basis of SII and IFRS indicators, a performance monitoring in economic vision for the various insurance and investment products.

With the various contributors (internal and external to the team) of the SII and IFRS streams:

- Project key indicators for SII (MVBS, SCR, solvency ratios) and IFRS (P&L, equity, ROE);
- Organize the planning of projection activities; report regularly on progress; identify and monitor risks; if necessary, propose mitigation solutions;
- Prepare Deep Dive analysis reports for management as part of the overall business plan presentation;
- Project SII and IFRS indicators in stress-test scenarios as part of the ORSA or as a complement to the baseline projection of the budget process;
- Respond to ad hoc requests from management regarding SII and IFRS projections (re-forecast, outlook, etc.);
- Keep abreast of regulatory changes applicable to insurance: Solvency II, IFRS.

- University degree with a quantitative orientation: actuary, master's degree in math or management
- At least 3 years experience in insurance
- Knowledge of insurance and financial products (or willingness to acquire it)
- Knowledge of SII and IFRS standards
- Ability to understand complex value chains
- Ability to orchestrate expert contributions with a global view
- Ability to write clear reports with clear messages to management, including the executive committee
- Commitment to meeting deadlines
- Perfect command of French or Dutch and professional use of English
