**Support team coordinator (warehousing operations)**
**About the role**:
Being the Support team coordinator, you will be working in close cooperation with the support team, guiding and managing their day-to-day and providing support to different internal stakeholders & teams with all relevant information. **You will also be**:
- Perform the support of different internal teams in such areas as responding to customer escalations, order allocation, part profile & inventory records, preparing reports, training operators, customs compliance processes, domestic and international transportation-related procedures, and completing forms (receipt, transfer, delivery, dispatch, etc.)
- Coordinating the team of 8 people in the support team to successfully deliver the core objectives within the function; coaching and developing the team; following up on productivity figures for the team.
- Supporting the shop onboarding process: complete job posting in Fieldglass, interview with ASAP, request WWID, WMS access, ETP Training, allocate mentor, follow up on PIV login code, review mentor checklist, etc.)
- Promote safety culture and be responsible for the safety of the team and overall contribute to the overall warehouse safety culture.
- Discuss the DPMO figures during the one-to-one with individual team members and take necessary actions to improvise their performance.
- Maintain and update DMS docs related to Support Team on a timely basis.
- Work on continuous improvement projects contributing to increasing the efficiency of the team.
**Qualifications**
**About you**:
You will ideally have experience in warehousing and/or logistics domains as well as skills in people management/supervision, however, if you enjoy and can evidence a high level of attention to detail, resiliency, and strong communication skills along with an interest in developing the experience in warehousing operations support, we’d love to hear from you. Here are some of the other skills and competencies we’d like you to have:
- A high school diploma, certification of secondary education or equivalent is required.
- Professional experience or intermediate-level knowledge in warehousing operations obtained through education, training, or on-the-job experience.
- Data-analysis mindset: strong Excel skills, WMS experience.
- People management skills: ability to guide, manage and coach the team.
- Fluency in English, as this is our main business language, along with any other language.
