Lees dan zeker verder.Een greep uit jouw takenpakket:Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de toegewezen klant accounts en back-up voor de opvolging van de orders van A tot Z, zodat deze tijdig verwerkt worden.
- Boeken/opvragen/wijzigen van orders;
- Het optreden als de single-point-of-contact naar de klanten, distributiecentra en fabrieken. Je verwerkt orders, verstrekt nauwkeurige documentatie aan de klanten en houdt deze up-to-date gedurende het hele proces;
- Je begrijpt hoe de orderlevenscyclus en klantenondersteuning met elkaar verbonden zijn om een positieve klantervaring te garanderen;
- Je assisteert de collega's van customer service bij het verwerken van inkomende orders en vragen van externe en interne klanten;
- Je zorgt ervoor dat alle noodzakelijke documenten volledig zijn en aan de logistieke partner worden overhandigd om een vlotte levering aan de klant te garanderen;
- Je informeert de klant proactief over de status van zijn bestellingen, back-orders en verzendingen. Je stelt hiervoor de nodige rapporten op om deze informatie te verkrijgen;
- Je neemt deel aan procesverbeteringsprojecten.
**Wat wij van jou vragen**:
- Je bent goed in het opbouwen van sterke relaties met klanten en het leveren van klantgerichte oplossingen;
- Je denkt logisch na en stelt prioriteiten waar nodig;
- Je spreekt en schrijft zeer vlot Engels;
- Je bent meteen beschikbaar;
- Je hebt oog voor detail;
- Je beschikt over goede computervaardigheden: ervaring met een CRM-systeem is een voordeel.
