**Omschrijving**:
Unique Gent gaat als rekrutering
- en selectiepartner op zoek naar een Network Audit Analyst voor een heel mooi internationaal bedrijf. Je wordt tewerkgesteld in de site in Gent voor een duurtijd van 6 maand.
Je komt terecht op de afdeling 'Network Development', die verantwoordelijk is voor de ontwikkeling en implementatie van de strategie om het dealernetwerk, het commerciële beleid en de dealerovereenkomst met onze zakenpartners te regelen. Je ondersteunt bij de analyses en audits en rapporteert aan de Network Development Manager in Lausanne.
**Een greep uit jouw takenpakket**:
- Extraheren en analyseren van datasets uit onze systemen: SAP en SalesForce
- Genereren van gecentraliseerde en automatische rapporten voor het team om de status van de audits bij te houden.
- Vergelijken van documenten zoals facturen en interne compliance documenten om de bevindingen van de analyse te ondersteunen.
- Vergelijken van bevindingen in lijn met de vereisten van de Dealer Agreement en opstellen van conclusies
- Samenwerken met de verschillende afdelingen om alle relevante informatie te verzamelen voor het uitvoeren van analyses en audits (Business Intelligence unit, coördinatoren netwerkontwikkeling, veldteams).
- Verantwoordelijk voor de planning en uitvoering van vergaderingen met belanghebbenden om de analyse en de bevindingen te bespreken
- De bevindingen van de audits documenteren, voorbereiden en duidelijk presenteren.
**Profiel**
- Je behaalde een masterdiploma in een relevante richting of bent gelijkgesteld door ervaring
- Je kan alvast terugblikken op een eerst ervaring in de richting van Auditor, data-analist of een gelijkaardige rol
- Zelfsturend en in staat het voortouw te nemen bij de audit om resultaten te genereren die het management in staat stellen beslissingen te nemen
- Het vermogen om verschillende belanghebbenden te coördineren en met elkaar in contact te brengen
- Ervaring in een internationale bedrijfsomgeving is een pluspunt
- Uitstekende kennis van Microsoft Office met een focus op Excel en Power BI
- Gemiddelde kennis van SAP en Salesforce
- Je bent uiterst vlot in het Engels (geschreven en gesproken), andere talen zijn een pluspunt
