**Wat zal je job inhouden?**:
The Health and Safety Administrator will provide effective and pro-active support, administration and coordination to the Health and Safety Officer to facilitate the Health and Safety department and programme.

Areas of responsibility:

- Provide all-round administrative support for and regularly liaise with the Health and Safety Officer
- Follow up on administration and coordination linked to Health and Safety
- Ensure that administrative systems, processes and databases are kept up to date - in particular any processes related to inspection - and inventory management
- Support the Health and Safety Officer in making a risk analysis when needed
- Liaise with IDEWE (external service for Health and Safety) and other services as required on any legal matters pertaining to the Codex for Welfare at Work
- Be the main point of contact for any department, member of staff or student with a health and safety concern; make sure it receives appropriate follow-up in liaison with the Health and Safety Officer

**Wat zoeken we?**:
Our ideal Health & Safety Administrator has:

- Experience in business administration or equivalent
- Bachelor degree
- A very good level of English and Dutch (speaking, reading and writing)
- The ability to draft communications and programs in English at the highest standard
- Excellent analytical, logístical, coordinative and administrative skills as well as general IT-skills
