**Fonction**
En tant que Project Manager, vous êtes responsable de la bonne réalisation des projets en automatisation et en électricité de notre partenaire, des plus petits aux plus gros. Vous pourriez dès lors tant participer à la modernisation/construction d'une installation industrielle de grande ampleur que vous pencher sur l'installation et la mise en place de machines complexes.
Vous avez l’entière gestion des projets et de leurs équipes et pouvez compter pour ce faire sur l'aide d'assistants project managers et de site supervisors pour vous épauler sur les aspects techniques, administratifs et de terrain de vos chantiers. Vous êtes également soutenu par le Section Manager et le Department Manager, à qui vous rapportez.
Pour mener votre mission à bien, voici une liste non-exhaustive de vos tâches:
- Vous préparez les offres technico-commerciales et négociez les conditions contractuelles ;
- Vous sélectionnez vos fournisseurs/sous-traitants et négociez les conditions commerciales ;
- Vous élaborez les plannings de réalisation ;
- Vous déterminez et mettez en œuvre les moyens nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs contractuels ;
- Vous coordonnez et faites le suivi de votre équipe projet, jusqu’à l’aboutissement des objectifs ;
- Vous faites le suivi et la gestion financière de vos projets afin de garantir les objectifs de rentabilité et de chiffre d’affaires annuel ;
- Vous faites de la sécurité votre priorité numéro 1 pour maintenir l'objectif "zéro accident" ;
- Vous veillez à la croissance de votre portefeuille clients par le maintien d’une relation privilégiée et dynamique avec eux et par la recherche de nouveaux clients.

**Et si c'était vous ?**
- Vous avez un master en automatisation industrielle, en informatique ou en électricité/électronique ainsi que minimum 5 ans d’expérience dans une fonction équivalente OU vous avez une solide expérience de minimum 10 ans dans les systèmes d’automatisation industriels (automatique/informatique), ou dans les installations électriques industrielles ;
- Vous avez une connaissance de la plupart des technologies/domaines suivants:
- Systèmes PLC, SCADA, SNCC, robotiques, informatiques, réseaux ;_
- Topologies de réseaux industriels ;_
- Instrumentation industrielle ;_
- Actionneurs : moteurs/drives AC, DC, vannes, électrovannes, vérins, etc. ;_
- Suite Microsoft Office 365 ;_
- Vous maîtrisez parfaitement le français et vous avez une très bonne maîtrise de l’anglais (écrit/parlé) ;
- Vous êtes doté-e d'une rigueur, d'une organisation et d'une aisance relationnelle vous permettant de mener vos projets à bien en toute circonstance ;
- Multicasquettes, vous êtes également compétent-e dans les aspects suivants:
- Les relations commerciales : vous êtes orienté-e client et appréciez tant maintenir que créer des relations ;_
- La gestion budgétaire : vous assurez vos choix techniquement et économiquement ;_
- La prise de décision : votre capacité d'analyse rapide vous permet de réagir à toute situation ;_
- Le leadership : vous menez vos équipes de façon ferme mais juste, tout en maintenant une bonne ambiance de travail ;_
- L'innovation : vous appréciez sortir des sentiers battus pour atteindre vos objectifs._
