Senior Destinations Revenue Specialist

In this role, you will play a crucial part in optimizing the revenue of a diverse portfolio of summer holiday destinations such as the Greek Islands. Additionally, you'll drive continuous improvement and innovation across various projects.
**Your impact**
- Optimizing flight and accommodation yielding: Manage predefined booking flows, ensure coverage of contracted capacities, and monitor targets for destinations.
- Creating risk & opportunity, sales & priority analysis: Provide insights to stakeholders about the performance of your destinations portfolio.
- Project management: Lead projects focused on algorithm advancement, financial commitment management or implementation of new tools or work processes.
- Coordinating commercial priorities: Collaborate with counterparts in departments such as Pricing, Flight Executive, and Contract Management to align and achieve shared goals. Continuous improvement: Develop and implement new ways of working to enhance the performance of the Revenue Management team.

- You have a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, or Leisure studies.
- You have 7+ years of experience in Revenue Management or Business Analysis. Affinity with the travel industry is a plus.
- You have strong analytical skills and have worked with Excel and/or Power BI.
- You are able to work independently and provide guidance to colleagues.
- You take initiative and possess a result-oriented mindset.
