Monizze is a leading provider of electronic meal vouchers, eco-vouchers, gift cards, and innovative platforms within HR services. We are currently growing and looking for a **Campaign Manager** with expertise in Large corporations.

This role is ideal for a creative and results-oriented individual who thrives in a collaborative environment, excels in both lead generation and customer engagement strategies, and has a passion for driving impactful campaigns. Outstanding project management skills are essential for this role.

The Campaign Manager will be at the forefront of designing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns that target large corporate clients, driving both acquisition and growth through cross-selling and upselling. They will play a pivotal role in integrating new products into the existing portfolio, ensuring seamless alignment with customer needs and business objectives. Working closely with the sales team and the support of a talented marketing team as resources, the Campaign Manager will co-create and deliver tailored marketing initiatives from concept to execution.

**Responsibilities**

**Campaign Strategy & Execution**
- Develop, execute, and oversee integrated marketing campaigns aimed at lead generation, cross-sell, and upsell opportunities within the large corporations segment.
- Design targeted, data-driven strategies to engage corporate clients, increase pipeline value, and achieve revenue growth objectives.
- Lead the introduction and marketing of new products, ensuring they are effectively integrated into the current offering and resonate with the target audience.

**Collaboration & Teamwork**
- Partner closely with the sales team to co-create strategies and align marketing initiatives with sales goals, ensuring mutual success.
- Act as the primary liaison between the marketing team and internal stakeholders, effectively utilizing resources to deliver high-quality campaigns.
- Foster a collaborative environment to brainstorm innovative ideas, leveraging insights from both sales and marketing teams.

**Performance Measurement & Optimization**
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, making data-driven adjustments to optimize effectiveness.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on campaign success to stakeholders, providing actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Stay ahead of market trends and competitor activities, integrating insights into campaign strategies.

**Customer-Centric Approach**
- Develop a deep understanding of the large corporate client segment, including their challenges, needs, and purchasing behaviors.
- Create personalized marketing materials and messaging that speak directly to the unique demands of corporate clients.

**Required Experience**
- Proven experience in B2B marketing and Account Based Marketing campaigns, with a strong focus on large corporations.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation, cross-sell, upsell, and product integration campaigns.
- Experience collaborating with sales teams to align strategies and achieve shared goals.

**Technical & Soft Skills**
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable strategies.
- Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
- Creative mindset with the ability to innovate and think outside the box in campaign design and execution.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
- Proficiency in Pardot, Salesforce, Lead generation tools and analytics software is a plus.
- Proficiency in dutch or french, and english
