En tant que analyste informatique vous travaillerez sur des processus et des systèmes informatiques efficaces au coeur de nos activités de retail ou pour un service interne comme les RH et la logistique. Un travail stimulant qui vous permet d’acquérir une expertise approfondie et d'évoluer largement.
Que faites-vous en tant qu’analyste informatique?
Vous trouvez les meilleures solutions adaptées à votre interlocuteur, pour les processus d'entreprise, les flux d'information et les systèmes d'entreprise.
Vous établissez des relations durables avec vos parties prenantes (entreprises, développeurs, parties externes, etc.) et vous cherchez toujours à comprendre au mieux leurs besoins et objectifs.
Vous analysez la situation existante et vous effectuez une analyse des besoins critiques. Ainsi, vous définissez les exigences fonctionelles et non fonctionelles pour atteindre l’objectif.
Vous brieffez l’équipe de développement à l’aide des méthodolgies et des outils comme user stories, data modelling, BPMN, UX-design, balsamiq,
En plus de concevoir et de tester la nouvelle situation, vous fournissez la documentation nécessaire qui permet à vos parties prenantes et aux utilisateurs finaux de mettre en ¿uvre la solution de manière durable.

Notre siège social est à Halle, mais votre business travaille à Mechelen. Comme vous voulez vous faire une idée de ce qui se passe dans votre entreprise, vous pouvez travailler au moins 2 jours par semaine à Mechelen. Essayez de travailler un jour toutes les deux semaines à Halle, car c'est là que se déroulent la plupart de nos activités. Vous pouvez travailler à domicile jusqu'à 3 jours par semaine en fonction de l'état d'avancement de votre projet.
Profil
Connaissances et expérience - Vous avez au moins trois ans d'expérience en tant qu'analyste (fonctionnel/business) ou à un poste similaire. La connaissance de l'UML ou du Lean Management est un plus.
Compétences analytiques - Vous conservez sans peine une vue d'ensemble et vous vous concentrez sur les points principaux sans perdre de vue les détails.
Communicatif - Vous savez écouter, mais vous osez aussi questionner jusqu'à ce que l'objectif soit clair. Vous pouvez expliquer des problèmes complexes de manière simple
Teamplayer - Vous rejoindrez une communauté dynamique de 350 analystes. Vous travaillez en collaboration avec des collègues de différents niveaux au sein de l'organisation
Compétences linguistiques - Vous parlez néerlandais ou français et anglais : ce qui est utile pour concerter tout le monde, y compris vos collègues d'Inde.
