Sander is a recruitment and development strategy advisory firm who has grown within 3 years to 18 persons. Today we offer tailor-made recruitment services in the field of Finance, IT & HR in Belgium. We are proud to say that we grow by 160%.
In a context of growth, we’re currently looking for a Managing recruitment Consultant to drive the development of our Human Resources recruitment line. You’ll work hand-in-hand with one of the partner in the business development of this division and you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the team and the internal coaching.

**Function**
- Day to day management of the team (3 to 4 consultants)
- Responsible for the internal recruitment for the HR Team
- Training and development
- Endorsement of a 360° recruitment function in the HR field.
- Co-responsible of the evaluation and performance of every member your team
- Participation in the annual objectives of the division and the budget for your team.
- Partnerships development (Belgium)
**Profile**
- Between 3 and 6 years of experience with a proven track record in recruitment
- Strong communication skills, English is a must.
- At least a bachelor in a relevant area
- Someone with an entrepreneur mindset, willing to do the extra miles and comfortable in a change environment
- Someone willing to launch his career in the management path and strengthen his skills
- You can describe yourself as someone flexible, ambitious, professional and commercial
- Your main goal is to allow every member of your team to be the best version of themselves
