**Omschrijving**:
For our client in Brussels we are looking for a **Freelance Recruitment Consultant**.
- You play a key role in attracting, identifying and selecting talents (technicians, electricians, field operator,) all over Flanders
- You manage the recruitment process of your portfolio vacancies: sourcing, screening, interviews and testing/assessments follow-up
- You feel confident and comfortable using a combination of sourcing channels.
- You constantly strive to improve quality, time and cost efficiency of the recruitment strategy and processes, sharing experience, best practices and ideas with the team.
- You deliver a first class recruitment service
**Profiel**
- You are asap available, fulltime (flexible if necesarry);
- You are willing to come to Brussels 3 days/week or on location all over Flanders;
- You demonstrate a solid experience in selection and recruitment;
- You have mature judgment and strong people assessment skills;
- You have a positive attitude and an ethical approach to recruitment;
- You are enthusiastic and demonstrate a dynamic communication style;
- You are fluent in Dutch, you have knowledge of French and English;
- Affinity with HR systems
