**LE TRAVAIL**:
En tant que Process Analyst - Internal Auditor, vous menez des missions d’audit et aidez Infrabel à améliorer son fonctionnement. Vous rejoignez une équipe de 8 personnes et aurez l’occasion de travailler en binôme sur des projets variés.
- Vos missions d’audit consisteront en des analyses de processus et de données qui touchent l’ensemble des activités de l’entreprise.
- Dans une phase préparatoire, vous déterminez le scope de la mission.
- Ensuite, vous vous mettez au travail et recueillez, avec les stakeholders internes, toutes les informations nécessaires sur votre mission par différents canaux.
- Vous analysez les données et vous formulez des conclusions et des recommandations, et vous en discutez avec les audités dans un rapport d'audit et un plan d'action clairs.
- Vous assurez enfin le suivi des recommandations et dressez un rapport de suivi.
**VOTRE PROFIL**:
- Vous possédez un diplôme de Master, de préférence en sciences de gestion, ou une expérience équivalente.
- Vous aimez analyser les informations et avez des affinités avec l’IT.
- Vous communiquez avec aisance (oralement et par écrit).
- Vous réussissez à développer des réseaux au sein de notre entreprise.
- Vous êtes intègre, vous avez l’esprit d’analyse et vous êtes bon planificateur.
- Vous jouissez de préférence d’une première expérience dans une fonction d’analyse de processus ou de data-analytics.
- Vous maîtrisez les techniques d'audit et de gestion des risques ou vous êtes prêt à faire l'apprentissage de ces techniques (via la Masterclass Internal Audit).
- Vous avez une connaissance opérationnelle de l’autre langue nationale.
