**Mission**:

- ** JOB DESCRIPTION**

Reporting to the Commercial Director France / Benelux, as SALES REPRESENTATIVE BELGIUM, you will be responsible for the development and commercialisation of the Project X Paris collection, in the relevant sport or streetwear accounts portfolio, through implementation of the commercial strategy for the countries of Belgium and Luxemburg.

The position is based in Bruxelles (Belgium), and requires frequent travels in the Belgium and Luxemburg, occasionally in Europe.
- ** TASKS**

Commercialise ranges defined in the strategy, during sell-in periods, with a focus on pre-orders

Measure and optimize sell-out, with a focus on re-orders

Build a development plan with key customers

Implement and execute commercial strategies, tactics and processes

Prepare sales meetings, assortment, and budgets

Manage and drive projects till completion

Train customers to use the B2B portal

Secure the qualitative presence of omnichannel products

Present marketing strategy and plans

Secure and negotiate the best position in points of sale

Secure optimized merchandising at the point of sales

Report range needs and trends

Analyze and report on sell-in and sell-out indicators

Make proposals concerning product directions, collections and needs.

Visit frequently customers and prospects

Attend and organize local trade fairs

**Profil**:

Act as an ambassador for the company and its values to customers and partners

Present and represent the brand in all situations

Show and demonstrate a passion for the brand and the position

Demonstrate strong internal team spirit, especially in sales and product teams

Organize and manage time professionally and efficiently

Enjoy travelling and meet customers or consumers on site
- ** PROFILE**

Proven expertise in sales, 5 years+ in the streetwear or sportswear industry.

Diplome from a top university, business school or equivalent

Rigorous and structured, you have a results-oriented culture.

Strong commercial sense, an entrepreneurship vision, an analytical mind

You are able to cope with executive management role as well as hands on commercial activities

You are resilient and do not give up under pressure during possible periods of heavy workload.

You are constantly in action and efficient operational implementation.

French & Dutch as native, Fluency in English (C1 min) is a must.
