Three European transversal Business Areas (BA’s) exist: Global Nuclear, Global Power and Infrastructure Europe.

For the role of Junior Financial Control Officer SG&A, your key responsibilities will be:

- SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative) analysis of the Legal Entity;
- SG&A (Selling, General & Administrative) analysis of dedicated Support Line of transversal European entities (France, Belgium, Germany).

**Mission**:

- You analyse and report monthly performance of your perimeter, leading financial indicators and KPIs to support monthly forecasting and annual budget attainment and to take corrective actions where required;
- You autonomously monitor the SG&A of the Legal Entity to which you belong, which includes planning, forecasting, closing, reporting and analysis;
- You autonomously monitor the SG&A of one or several Support Line(s) of transversal European entities (France, Belgium, Germany), which includes planning, forecasting, closing, reporting and analysis;
- You work towards governance reinforcement and governance convergence;
- You participate under the guidance of the BU Business Control & Performance Manager to the annual Business Control activities calendar to provide decision support to the BU CFO, BU CEO and the executive team;
- You prepare the accruals, manual journal entries linked to your specific scope;
- You have regular contacts with Department Managers, you challenge the financial situations, you manage the various implementation elements: monitoring of timesheets, expenditure, fees, etc.;
- You manage the project structures and administrative underlying elements (follow-up of SLA’s and Framework Agreements, contract management, follow-up of invoicing, PO and PREQ link with Procurement, approval of PREQ and invoicing, imputation numbers follow-up and Cost Centre structure, etc.);
- You ensure that the financial data in the management system are regularly updated and relevant;
- You advise, assist and inform the Managers of the different departments;
- You propose and elaborate with Managers on the savings action plan in SG&A and any other applicable Performance Plan;
- You are involved in training managers in the use of the financial tools made available to them;
- Depending on the Legal Entity needs, other transversal missions could be part of the scope;
- You are involved in ad-hoc analysis on request of Management.

**Profile**:

- University degree in Accounting, Administration, Economics management sciences;
- A first experience in a similar function is an asset;
- You have a full professional working proficiency in Dutch and/or French and/or German and you have a professional working proficiency in English;
- You have an excellent command of office tools (MS Office) and you are particularly familiar with tasks relating to Excel (spreadsheet preparation and management) and SAP;
- You ideally have some knowledge of the Engineering business;
- You integrate easily in multidisciplinary teams, you are sociable, dynamic and prepared to take initiatives;
- You have a strong analytical mind-set, you are well organized, accurate, rigorous, stress resistant and focused on meeting the schedules;
- You are assertive and defend firmly and clearly your point of view in case of differences of opinion.
