**Denk jij liever in termen van oplossingen in plaats van problemen? En wil je meehelpen om een aanbod te ontwikkelen voor bedrijven zodat zij duurzame oplossingen vinden voor hun specifieke milieu-uitdagingen? Dan ben jij misschien de ondersteunende kracht die we zoeken om onze Program Director Sofie te helpen het programma B2B verder uit te bouwen. Wist je trouwens dat dit werk er mee voor zorgt dat we inkomsten verwerven voor onze educatieve werking in scholen? Als jij een ‘zinzoeker' bent, dan is deze job wellicht iets voor jou**:
**Jouw rol en taken**:
Als tussenpersoon tussen GoodPlanet en de B2B-klanten verzorg je de **operationele ondersteuning** van het B2B programma:

- Administratieve en logistieke opvolging van potentiële en bestaande aanvragen: offertes, facturen en contracten opmaken, geschikte locaties zoeken, mails van klanten beantwoorden, intern geschikte en beschikbare coaches zoeken met de juiste expertise voor de vraag van de klant, evalueren naar tevredenheid
- Projectmanager voor grotere klanten: je bent hun SPOC, je doet de rapportering, het HR luik en de financiële en inhoudelijke opvolging, zowel intern als naar de klant (indien gevraagd).
- Voor de thematische en inhoudelijke invulling (content) van de activiteiten die we aanbieden aan de klanten, doe je beroep op de thematische en pedagogische expertise van het team. Hun voorstellen stem je af op de noden en verwachtingen van de klant en je koppelt terug naar de klant.

Onder begeleiding van en in samenwerking met de Program Director sta je ook in voor het luik **Business Development**:

- Bijdrage aan de ontwikkeling van het aanbod op maat voor bedrijven.
- Bijdrage aan de uitwerking van B2B trajecten en projecten
- Bijdrage aan B2B campagnes
- Potentiële nieuwe klanten zoeken (prospectie)
- Marketing en communicatie acties voorstellen en uitwerken

**Dit profiel zoeken we**:

- Je hebt mínimaal **3 jaar **op een succesvolle manier projecten geleid, ook **meerdere projecten tegelijkertijd**.
- Een eerste ervaring als **accountmanager **zal jou in deze functie zeker tot voordeel zijn.
- Jouw uitstekende communicatieve vaardigheden maken van jou een gedreven** bruggenbouwer.** Je hebt specifiek ervaring in het **samenwerken met bedrijven** en gaat op zoek naar **linken binnen het GoodPlanet team** om de juiste competenties en expertise te betrekken bij jouw B2B opdrachten.
- Je houdt ervan om inhoudelijk werk af te wisselen met administratieve taken.
- Je beschikt over volgende **gedragsvaardigheden**:

- Je bent klantgericht en zoekt steeds naar gebalanceerde oplossingen tussen de wensen en verwachtingen van de klant en de strategie en noden van GoodPlanet.
- Je bent in staat je werk efficiënt te organiseren, je werkt gestructureerd en autonoom.
- Je krijgt gemakkelijk een overzicht van hoe een organisatie of bedrijf in elkaar zit en voelt snel de heersende cultuur aan (zowel intern als extern).
- Je bent tweetalig Nederlands - Frans of hebt minstens een zeer goede actieve kennis van de andere landstaal. Daarnaast spreek en begrijp je uitstekend **Engels**. Je kan in deze talen foutloos een mail opstellen.
- Je kent het standaard **Microsoft Office** pakket. Ervaring met **Salesforce of een andere CRM **is een plus.
