**Operation specialist: Sustainable Innovation**

To support our growth and mission, we are looking for an enthusiastic Operations Specialist to optimize our processes and take our operational efficiency to the next level.
**Are you our new operation specialist?**
Are you an organizational talent who gets energy from streamlining processes, and tackling operational challenges? We are looking for someone to strengthen our growing team by managing logistics flows, inventory, and day-to-day operational tasks with precision. From inventory management to event preparations, you’ll ensure that everything runs smoothly behind the scenes, helping us grow our impact on sustainability and innovation.
**Your responsibilites**
Stock management
- monitor and manage stock movement across all locations
Operation tasks
- Coordinate shipments between warehouses and day centers for production and distribution.
- Oversee logistics for B2B gifting, including large order transport and stock preparation.
- Manage stock for events, pop-ups, stores, and promotional materials
- Handle B2B order management, including packing lists, labeling, transport, and invoicing.
- Set up campaigns and discounts in Shopify, including bundling products and managing promotions.
- Order, prepare, and deliver marketing materials such as B2B flyers/pancartes and POS signs.
Support B2B back office
- Create price lists and manage invoicing for clients.
- Verify product codes (CPNP and CNK).
- Manage B2B orders through our 3rd Party Logistics System.

- **Communicative strong**: You can clearly and effectively connect with suppliers, day centers, and team members (in dutch and english)
- **Experience in Operations**: Some experience in operations management is a plus, but your drive and enthusiasm are most important.
- **Ownership mindset**: You take full accountability for your responsibilities, proactively solve problems, and own both successes and failures.
- **Action-oriented**: You’re not afraid to make decisions and take initiative while staying aligned with the company’s mission and vision.
