Hoe we dat doen? We ontwikkelen slimme software. Dankzij onze oplossingen kan een zorgverlener (arts, apotheek, specialist, verpleegster, ) gegevens delen met het RIZIV, apotheek, labo’s,, én krijgt binnenkort bijvoorbeeld elke patiënt toegang tot zijn eigen medisch dossier.
Wij bouwen aan de toekomst van de gezondheidszorg door zorgverleners, patiënten en belanghebbenden met elkaar te verbinden.
Ook zin gekregen om mee te bouwen aan de toekomst van de Belgische zorgsector? Heb je reeds ervaring opgedaan als product owner, functioneel analist, business analist, of project manager? En dit binnen een organisatie met focus op software applicaties?
Dan ben jij de _product owner_ die wij zoeken
Wat houdt de uitdaging in?
- Als _product owner,_ zal je verantwoordelijk zijn voor meerdere applicaties binnen onze afdeling ‘Elderly Care’. Je bent de link tussen de product manager, product marketing, development en customer support. Kortom ben je de centrale spil die in verbinding staat met de verschillende betrokken partijen bij de ontwikkeling van onze producten.
- Concreet zal je instaan voor het vertalen van epics naar concrete user stories met als doel het development team de nodige instructies te geven bij het ontwikkelen van software. Hierbij hou je enerzijds rekening met de noden van de klant en anderzijds de waarde die wordt gecreëerd voor de organisatie.
- Je definieert de acceptatiecriteria en voert acceptatietesten uit.
- Je coördineert de release van nieuwe versies en volgt de uitrol op.
- Je neemt deel aan de dagelijkse scrum sessies, planningsmeetings en sprint reviews met als doel, op basis van de eigen ervaring en kennis, de voortgang van het ontwikkelingsteam en een goede werking te garanderen. Je beheert de backlog voor uw producten.
- Voor deze functie zal je voornamelijk vanuit Gent of Vilvoorde werken. Je rapporteert aan de product manager.
Ben jij het talent dat we zoeken?
- Een softwarematige omgeving is jou niet vreemd. Je hebt reeds aan IT projecten deelgenomen binnen een gespecialiseerde applicatie omgeving.
- Je deed al ervaring op als product owner of in een soortgelijke functie.
- Door middel van je ervaringen, begrijp je de noden van de klant en heb je kennis/ inzicht betreffende de tendensen binnen de markt.
- Je hebt ervaring met relationele databanken en kan SQL queries schrijven.
- Ervaring met on-premise C#.NET applicaties is een sterke plus.
- Je bent familiair met de Agile methode. Ervaring hierin is een sterke plus.
- Ervaring in de Healthcare sector en specifieke productkennis is een sterke plus.
- Je spreekt vlot Nederlands en Frans.
