We are looking for a **Graduate (GDP) for Late Life Cycle Strategy and Digital & AI-driven Stakeholder Engagement at Rheumatology Mission **who is **collaborative, agile and has great organizational and communication skills** to join our Rheumatology Asset and Portfolio team, based in our **HQ office in Brussels, Belgium.**

**About the role**

The GDP aims to develop the academic knowledge of graduates through a learning and practical journey at UCB, which enables them to **make an impact in the business. **You will have the opportunity to gain experience within our international, dynamic and passionate Rheumatology mission for about 24 months.

With this program you will acquire a broad range of professional experience and skills in global marketing, supply and digital and Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy. You will have the chance to start your career in a global corporate environment and shape your professional journey in the pharmaceutical industry. If you are successful, this could lead onto permanent employment at UCB.

**Who you’ll work with**

We focus on building a program where a UCB Graduate can work in collaboration with diverse team members inside and outside of the Rheumatology Mission, be exposed to a various set of formal and informal trainings and access a network of peers inside Talent & Company Reputation and within the Graduate Community.

**What you’ll do**
- Building Strategic Plans for Patient Populations:

- Develop strategic plans for patient populations based on clinical evidence and specific patients’ needs.
- Collaborate with regional teams to gather insights and co-create operationalization plans.
- Support launch preparations and plan development, including digital communication plans.
- Actively participate in core mission meetings and collaborate with marketing, medical teams, and other stakeholders.
- Supply Forecast and Alignment:

- Contribute to the development of supply strategies and forecast
- Be an integral Part of Global Digital Squad:

- Contribute to the development of digital strategies and formulate comprehensive digital communication plan.
- Identify key channels for engagement and collaborate with essential stakeholders.
- Leverage AI for stakeholder engagement in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Differentiate the brand's voice and reinforce brand equity.

As part of the graduate development program, you’ll participate in two main rotations
- Rotation 1 (Asset Key Communities):

- Coordinate discussions related to brand late life cycle strategy (LLC) through interactions with cross functional stakeholders (market access, marketing, medical, communication, supply chain) and coordinate the communication to the regions.
- Analyze market trends in specific patient groups, identify unmet needs, and develop clear messaging and tactical plans.
- Support the update of the brand dashboard, Facilitate key meetings' organization and follow-ups
- Lead discussions with agencies to ensure quality and timely deliverables aligned with the strategy.
- Rotation 2 (Global Digital Squad)
- Contribute to the development of digital strategies for various assets in the portfolio, aiming to maximize the digital presence and impact
- Activate new digital engagement channels to expand the reach and accessibility of information and resources, Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in digital technologies.
- Share insights, align strategies, and foster a unified approach to engaging stakeholders effectively.
- Collaborate with regional and global teams to advance omnichannel best practices in stakeholder engagement.

**I**nterested? For this role we’re looking for the following** **education, experience** **and **skills**
- Recently graduated from a healthcare, digital, engineering, marketing, business, design or related field and/or has relevant experience in digital health, market research, consulting or customer marketing.
- Have good exposure to the digital environment and the possibilities that can unleash for the business
- Possess good understanding of project management and agile mindset and principles.
- Excellent communication skills to tailor to specific audiences
- Team player, Build trust by seeking to understand many different stakeholder perceptions and clear follow-up and translation of different viewpoints into concise strategic or decision-making frameworks
- Ability to take initiative in line with UCB’s values is an essential leadership component
- Excellent command in English, Excel and power point is required
- Result oriented and problem-solving attitude
