The Associate Director, Sustainability Commercial is accountable for improving and leveraging CCEP’s sustainability strategy and actions to create value for customers with a focus on Retail; the AD sustainability Commercial is also accountable for developing our Health & wellness ambition with TCCC, ensuring the right measurement tool are in place to report our progress CCEP and developing CCEP best approach to responsible sales & Marketing.
Leading both Sustainability Customer engagement for Retail and our Health & Nutrition ambition, this role will ensure we partner both externally with franchisors and customers and internally across both Commercial Development and Key Accounts’ creating partnerships that enable us to drive value for our business.
- Build the sustainability story telling & proposal for multi-markets customer tenders in coordination with the BUs
- Propose new approaches and guiding principles to customers ESG data request. Support the local team in managing data request and specific programs/platform in coordination with the Disclosure team/environment team
- Drive innovative approach to lead with customers on sustainability: campaign / communication / Summit
- Contribute and build strategic recommendation for channel approach on sustainability
- Lead our Health & Nutrition ambition with TCCC and ensure our commercial plan connect with our ambition.
- Lead the sugar & calorie internal reporting. Responsible for responding to all sections on external reporting & disclosure relating to sugar & wellbeing including API. Support the modelling of CCEP’s future sugar trends to inform and influence the right brands strategy
- Build CCEP’s strategy on delivering responsible Sales & Marketing principles. Develop the right learning approach for Responsible sales & marketing for our commercial team (e-learning)
- Support the roll out and maintenance of the sustainability training for all employees content - Coordinate local approach to avoid duplication and look for efficiency.
- Build a culture of capability acceleration and best practice sharing x-system/x-market, enabled by a the sustainability commercial forum and the Category or Commercial Community of Practice
