This role would lead the development of a long-term technology roadmap required to support and enable our long-term sustainability agenda. This role would be part of the central corporate sustainability team, helping to coordinate the business requirements for sustainability data, and together with BPT support on the development, delivery and testing of systems supporting our sustainability data calculation, modelling and reporting capabilities.

**What to Expect**:
There is an increased business need for sustainability data - for annual mandatory ESG business reporting on our sustainability metrics, as well as to improve business decision making in the context of sustainability data (e.g., product carbon footprint information etc). There are multiple projects currently in development, or underway, to support our sustainability agenda. This includes:

- GHG Automation: This project aims to automate the calculation of our GHG emissions through the development of a Unified Data Platform and the use of a tool (Sphera). Project is near completion in Europe, and is in design phase in API.
- ESG Reporting: We aim to create a last mile reporting solution to help support the delivery of our mandatory CSRD reporting requirements
- LCA/Product Carbon Footprint: We are developing tools to better calculate our product carbon footprint information at an SKU level. We are also looking to be able to simulate changes to these product carbon footprints, and impacts to our total corporate footprint. We have both a short-term and long-term tool in development.
- Customer Sustainability Tool: We are working to develop a bespoke tool that will enable our commercial team to share sustainability insights and data to our customers - including product-level data on carbon, calories and packaging
- Climate Scenario Modelling and Forecasting: We are working with internal and external tools to understand our climate related risks under different warming scenarios, and have built an initial carbon reduction roadmap. We need to evolve our ability to model and map impacts of our business decisions on our carbon and water footprints.
- Sustainability Data Requirements: We are also working to develop a better understanding of the Sustainability data that is required to ensure business teams understand the sustainability implications of business decisions. Outcomes of this work will help to define our long term sustainability technology roadmap.

Whilst the implementation of these projects are led by BPT, the Product Owner will be required to lead the development of a clear roadmap and to work hand in hand with BPT on the implementation on the technology assets, processes and capabilities that are required to support the delivery of our This is Forward targets, and support business decision making with ESG impacts in mind. This list above is not exhaustive, and a part of this role will be to help drive the development of the ESG systems roadmap, including any other process, systems or capabilities that may be required to support our goals.

This role would be responsible for:

- Product Development Roadmap
- Together with BPT and business stakeholders - own the development of the short, medium and long-term process, capability and technology roadmap required to support and enable our long-term sustainability agenda.
- Work to engage with key stakeholders across Europe and API, to ensure we can drive standardisation of systems and approach across CCEP.
- Act as the interface between central Sustainability team and SAP S4-Hana Sustainability lead (Profectus) to ensure that Sustainability requirements are adequately reflected between the short and long term roadmap.
- Systems Requirements, design, delivery and testing
- Engage with key business owners and SMEs to identify business requirements, key systems features and priorities
- Gather, prioritize and document business requirements for updates to existing systems, and the development of any required new technology solutions
- Coordinate engaging on systems design, implementation and user testing as required with BPT to ensure systems support business requirements, in detail.
- Own sustainability roadmap business case and benefits realization, including review and validation of implementation targets, scorecards and results.
- Operating Model:

- Work with SMEs, stakeholders and BPT to define any updated processes and capabilities required to support evolving systems, including development of any new operating model necessary.
- Work with BU teams to identify and run training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Governance:

- Lead for the corporate sustainability team, and main point of contact for BPT on sustainability systems roadmap development and implementation
