Associate Director Cold Drink Operations Belgique et Luxembourg

L’Associate Director Cold Drink Operations Belux gère le département Cold Drink Operations et fait partie de l'équipe de direction Customer Service & Supply Chain. Il/elle rend compte directement au Director Customer Service & Supply Chain Belux.
Le CDO est responsable de l'installation, de l'entretien et de la réparation des équipements (frigos, distributeurs automatiques, machines à café et fontaines à soda) pour soutenir les ventes de boissons chez nos clients.

**Qu'attendons-nous de vous ?**

**Vous êtes en mesure**:

- de traduire les objectifs stratégiques en activités concrètes afin d'optimiser l'efficacité et de la securité des placement et réparation de nos machines sur le marché Be(ne)lux ;
- de diriger les responsabilités des différents départements au sein du CDO (Technical Call Center, EC & Supply Planning, Field Technical Services, Technical Solutions) et d’adopter une vue globale pour veiller aux besoins, développements et processus communs ;
- de diriger l'organisation interne du CDO de manière efficace tout en maintenant un juste équilibre avec les exigences QESH, l'évolution à long terme de nos appareils,... ;
- de collaborer étroitement avec les différentes parties prenantes internes (Commercial BELUX, Commercial Pays-Bas, Services Centraux, etc) ;
- veiller à ce que les prestataires de services externes respectent les niveaux de service prédéterminés du CDO et s'intègrent de manière fluide aux services internes du CDO ;
- de jouer un rôle de leader fort au sein de l'équipe, en donnant personnellement l'exemple des comportements et des performances nécessaires pour atteindre les objectifs du CDO ;
- de créer un environnement de travail sûr, attrayant et inclusif pour l'équipe.
**Vous avez**:

- une attitude analytique, critique, axée sur les résultats, et vous êtes constamment à la recherche d’une optimisation des processus ;
- des compétences solides en matière de gestion budgétaire ;
- de fortes compétences en matière de leadership et de communication, également en matière de concertation sociale ;
- une volonté et une passion pour le service à la clientèle
- de très bonnes compétences en matière de relations avec les parties prenantes à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur de l'organisation et vous êtes fortement orienté vers le client ;
- une connaissance approfondie des langues (NL/FR/ENG)
