**Purpose of the position**

The Key Account Manager Hot beverages is responsible for the development of a customer portfolio within the strategic channels (mainly Leisure, Petrol and Food To Go)* within which we commercialize our hot beverages in cooperation with the cold drink teams; In addition, you are responsible for the implementation of our commercial strategy with these customers, leading to the achievement of the annual commercial objectives of Coca-Cola Europacific Partners Belux in terms of volume, turnover, profit, sales share and brand value for the hot beverage portfolio. You participate in the development and implementation of the various customer strategies, sales plans and objectives and this in close collaboration with colleagues from brand & trade marketing, commercial finance, cold drink operations, field sales and operations. You will report to the Sr. Manager, Business Development Hot beverages.

**Responsibilities**

**You build strong brands i.e.**:

- You actively search for new customer opportunities in the channels for which you are responsible (Leisure, Petrol and Food To Go)* in close collaboration with your colleagues in the Cold drinks teams
- You are responsible for the translation of our strategy (brands/packaging) in your customer portfolio, including through the Picture of Success pillars (assortment, merchandising, visibility and activation).
- You ensure efficient communication of commercial information to internal / external stakeholders.
- You are responsible for a good commercial translation of the channel strategy and our key business initiatives, which contribute to the volume and profit growth of CCEP Belux.

**You will be responsible for effective and efficient customer management within your customer portfolio i.e.**:

- You are responsible for the opportunity mapping and structured plan of approach for the expansion of our hot beverage brand portfolio with a wide range of national accounts in various channels (mainly Leisure, Petrol and Food To Go)*.
- You are responsible for selecting and then successfully negotiating trade terms with national customers based on the strategic initiatives of CCEP Belux.
- Developing and implementing the customer strategy (packaging mix, recommended retail price, discount and promotion policy).
- Relationship and contract management with the customer to achieve the commercial objectives by using the available budgets in a responsible way.
- you will build and maintain the necessary relationships with customers.
- in collaboration with Commercial Development develop our brands and influence shopper & consumer behavior.
- develop and implement profitable pricing, packaging, CMA and promotional strategy.
- build plans to ensure perfect execution in the marketplace.

**Qualifications**

**Your Profile**
- You have min. 3 years’ of experience within a relevant working environment and a good market and customer knowledge
- You speak fluent NL/FR/EN
- You think like an entrepreneur and like to work independently
- You like networking
- You have good negotiation and influencing skills, you know how to motivate others and to support a strong team culture
- You are a strong communicator both verbally and in writing and have strong listening skills
- You are analytical and always look for internal and external market information that is relevant to make our business stronger
- You are stress resistant, persistent and strong in managing conflicts
- As our hot beverages business is still in full development, the client portfolio and channel allocation may change in function of opportunities and business evolution
